I've been organizing diabetes and nutrition education classes at the Beach Health Clinic as a part of my practicum project. It's been a lot of work, but it also has been very, very rewarding.

I had a nice solo lunch at Tropical Smoothie. Because things have been quite busy lately, I have found having solo lunches while doing homework or reading have actually been quite soothing for me.

This was the second day of summer semester, and I know this may sound quite nerdy, but I'm so excited about my Policy and Politics class! Although I know this summer is going to be quite busy, I'm quite happy to know that I'll be learning lots!

Volunteering... and now interning at the Beach Health Clinic is probably one of the smartest decisions I've made recently. It's so strange, yet it's really nice, just how everything seems to be falling into place.

During my undergrad years, I probably spent more time in the library than anywhere else on campus (at least that's what it felt like for me...). I rarely spend that much time in the library these days... I may be getting my "masters," but I don't nearly do as much work as I did when I was at William and Mary. So, when I decided to finish up some reading in the library before class, it was only natural, I suppose, that I felt a bit nostalgic.
